Payments and Insurance Information
Your office visit can be paid by cash, check, credit or debit card. Payment is due at the time of services are rendered.
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans. We are happy to process your insurance claims to maximize your benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
