I moved to Florida three years ago and I am so happy that my neighbor recommended Coello Dentistry! They have been just wonderful. Dr. Karen Coello is absolutely great! She is skilled and caring and I truly feel that I am in good hands. The entire staff is wonderful. Everything is explained clearly and carefully and I truly feel they care about their patients.

The office is run so efficiently that they got me right in with my dental “emergency”. Karen explained the options, provided answers to all questions and guided my decision. Throughout the entire process, she was compassionately checking on me (the patient): “How ‘re you doing?” “Are you OK?” “Do you need a little break?” There was tremendous teamwork between Karen and her assistant. Karen Coello’s goal is clearly to provide professional, painless, attentive service and expedite the process as much as possible. She estimated how long the entire process would take and she was right on it. I recommend them to everyone! Also, I was very impressed with their protective steps regarding COVID.

If you like a painless and friendly Experience, this is the place to get your dental work done. I moved from California and my friend recommended this office which has a team of dentists (two are married). The front desk worked with my insurance really well, any time there was an issue I didn’t have to deal with it, they did. They have tv to watch while your work is done so you aren’t staring at instruments and masked faces. They were really great with my fear of pain issues and made sure I was doubly numb. I can’t tell you how lucky I feel to have found them. I even bring them gifts, that’s how much I like this dentist office!

From the minute you walk thru the front door you feel welcomed. The girls behind the front desk acknowledge you with a smile even behind the required mask at this time. While working with the hygienist the dentists stop to say hello and ask “how are you doing? Is all ok?“ It makes me feel that they really care and not just empty words. Lastly, the hygienist is so knowledgeable and does a fantastic health cleaning. It’s like visiting a friend that I get to see 3 times a year.

Waiting room was ten minutes. Dental technician was thorough, asked me if my teeth, after a cleaning, felt right. Took ex rays which was not uncomfortable. Gave me the appropriate tooth brush and pasle. Will ask for this technician again. Ms. Honore’ McIlvain Dr. Coello bonded my front tooth as requested. Super job! hm

Unfortunately, I have had a lot of dental work and have known a lot of dentists, endodontists, periodontists, etc. I have never had a better experience.

My wife and I have been going to Coello Dentistry for about 15 years now and would never think of changing. The dentists and staff are consistently professional and friendly. On a few occasions I’ve had to make an emergency visit and they’ve always taken care of me as soon as possible, including once on a holiday when the office was not open! Dr. Karen Coello is incredible. After a phobia of dentists that kept me from visiting one for 20 years, I went to Dr. Coello with inevitable cavities. She treated each one so gently that I completely lost any fear of the dentist. I also wanted to have some cosmetic bonding work done, but in a loving motherly way, she made me get all of the cleanings and fillings I needed before moving on to the “reward”. By the way, that “reward” was beautiful – she closed a gap in my front teeth in minutes, costing only a couple of hundred bucks, when I was considering veneers or braces for the same solution that would have cost me thousands! She doesn’t bill herself as a cosmetic dentist, but her work is absolutely beautiful! Her staff once made a scheduling mistake that I was unhappy about, but they did everything in their power to resolve it. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist.

This is my first time at Coello Dentistry. I was extremely nervous and anxious for my appointment. The receptionist was very polite and the environment was welcoming and clean. The Doctors and staff are all nice and caring. Services are thorough. The best hygienist is no longer there. Others are fine, but not as good. The fact that it takes 6 months to book a cleaning appointment seems crazy to me. Also, being closed Fri/Sat is not convenient.

Up to date with the latest technology e.g. crowns etc..friendly, family environment the team up front goes out of thier way to work w/your insurance to work out the best solution for you to save money if needed. Selecting a new Dentist is so important once you go to them I promise they will be your Dentistry for life, note: I rarely fill out these surveys. Highly recommend both of them!

Dr. Karen did a follow-up for me to see if there was any growing problem from an X-ray a few months prior. Dr K and Kim the assistant were GREAT! They were thorough and caring. Gladly, we did not detect any issues and Dr. K did not charge for the visit! Thanks so very much to your team!

Thus far I’ve had three periodontal cleanings for a total of $242 plus an oral exam of $60 which all total $302. I’m scheduled for another perio on 12/13/17 – originally scheduled for 11-6-17. In the beginning, I was told I could have 3 perio cleanings and that would suffice. At this rate, I’m going broke and only wish to have a regular cleaning every 6 mos beginning in January 2018. I’d like to postpone the December cleaning until January 2018 with no x-rays at that time. I’ve had enough radiation and don’t wish anymore at this time. I’ve had 6 mo. cleanings twice yearly for many years prior and believe this will be all I will need to maintain my dental health. Please advise new appointment time and date in January 2018. Thanks.
