In order to be respectful of the dental needs of other patients, we ask our patients to be courteous and call our office 24 hours in advance to if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This allows us time to reallocate an appointment to someone who is in need of treatment.
Appointments are in high demand, and early cancellations give another patient the possibility to have access to timely dental care. A $40 cancellation fee will be charged to patients who miss or cancel an appointment without 24 hours notice.
